At Smart Gateways, it is very important to us that consumers are satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, it is always possible to return items if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. However, it is important that the product is in its original packaging to the extent possible and that the product is returned complete. Unfortunately, damaged or incomplete products cannot qualify for refunds or exchanges. After notification, you still have 14 days to actually return the items to us.

The shipping costs for returning a product are on the buyer in this case.

In case of returns, we will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return if the item has been received back in good order.
