Cannot log in to gateway (find the gateway IP address)
If you canβt log in to the gateway, always log in via the gatewayβs IP address. You can find this IP address in your routerβs DHCP list.
1) Use the IP address to log in (port 82)
Use port 82.
Example:http://gateway_ip:82
Replace gateway_ip with the IP address your router has assigned to the gateway.
2) Find the IP address in your routerβs DHCP server
Your routerβs DHCP server always registers an IP address for the gateway.
This IP address is linked to the gatewayβs MAC address.
The MAC address is printed on the label on the gateway.
3) If you canβt find the IP address
Check whether:
- the gateway is powered on
- the gateway is active on your network (WiβFi/LAN)
- your router shows theΒ DHCP leasesΒ (often underΒ βDHCP clientsβ,Β βConnected devicesβ, orΒ βLocal networkβ)
Read out the gateway log (IP address shown)

The IP address is displayed in the log, so you can always see which address to use to log in.
